All ticket sales for Overflow Gives Back events are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Reason being that seats are limited, this is a charity event and all ticket proceeds after basic expenses are donated to our benefiting charity without exception.

In other words, each ticket purchase is treated as a charitable contribution. 100% of net ticket proceeds go directly to the featured charity beneficiary. Your seat reserves a place that another supporter could fill.

Exceptions where refunds will be issued:

Notwithstanding the above, we will issue a full refund, minus any processing fees or admin fees or in full where applicable in any of the following circumstances:

·       The event is canceled or otherwise not fully performed.

·       The event is postponed and not rescheduled within 90 days of the postponement.

·       The advertised goods or services are not provided.

·       The event description presented at the time of purchase is significantly different from the actual event.

·       Attendees are unable to attend the event due to capacity, ingress, egress, or other safety concerns.

·       Attendees are unable to access the event venue.

How to request a refund.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under one of the exceptions above, e-mail overflow@innerspire.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within five (10) business days of receiving your request, unless there is an unforeseen delay.  The company Overflow Gives Back , LLC is the responsible party for all event related activities regardless of e-mails, phone #’s or other correspondence that may go to outside help or parties who are supporting, promoting or helping to deliver any aspect of the event.

This policy is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including consumer protection requirements. Where local law requires a different outcome, the law controls.

This policy may not be changed retroactively, except where a change places impacted ticket buyers in an equal or better position than the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
